Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes start to soften.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
