Italian Chicken Cacciatore Recipe
A classic Italian dish with chicken, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14 oz
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir in the dried oregano and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your choice of side.
