Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
