Italian Coffee Granita
A refreshing Italian dessert made with coffee, perfect for hot days.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and place it in the freezer.
After 30 minutes, use a fork to scrape the ice crystals that form around the edges. Return to the freezer.
Repeat this scraping process every 30 minutes for about 4 hours, or until the granita is completely frozen and fluffy.
Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy!
