  • 4 ears Corn shucked
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add corn and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
