  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  2. Add the oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. If using, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well before each use.
