Italian Escarole Pizza Recipe

- 1 lb Pizza dough
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 head Escarole chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Place the dough on a baking sheet and brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, toss the escarole with the remaining olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the escarole mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
