  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
