Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and water.
  6. Add dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
