Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Sub rolls sliced open
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 slices Salami
- 8 slices Ham
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes sliced
- 0.5 cup Onions thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
- 0.25 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Open the sub rolls and layer each with 2 slices of provolone cheese, 2 slices of salami, and 2 slices of ham.
2. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and thinly sliced onions.
3. Drizzle each sandwich with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
