- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice About 4-6 lemons
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest From 1 lemon
1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and let cool. Add lemon juice and lemon zest.
3. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
