A delicious layered cake with a ricotta cheese filling and a rich chocolate topping.

Cake
- 1 box chocolate cake mix prepared according to package directions
Filling
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 container whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Carefully spoon the ricotta mixture over the cake batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
