Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
