Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. 5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
