Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 200 g Calamari, cooked and sliced
- 200 g Scallops, cooked
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, calamari, scallops, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
