Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Marinara Sauce for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meat loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meat loaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meat loaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
