Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite pasta or a side salad.
