Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite pasta or a side salad.
