Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the pan. Simmer for 20 minutes.
