  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
  2. 2. Rub the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
