  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary fresh, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
  4. Add garlic and rosemary during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve hot.
