  • 1 loaf Italian bread sliced
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch slices, but do not cut all the way through.
  4. Brush the butter mixture between the slices of bread.
  5. Stuff the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan between the slices.
  6. Drizzle the top of the bread with olive oil.
  7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, uncover the bread and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
