Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese, and fresh basil.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
