Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Black Olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the veggies.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and veggies. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
