Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, black pepper, and cinnamon.
Add the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
