Ingredients

  • 500 grams All-purpose flour
  • 325 ml Water lukewarm
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 7 grams Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  4. 4. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Punch down the dough, divide it into portions, and roll out to desired thickness.
  7. 7. Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) and bake the pizza with your favorite toppings for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
