Ingredients

  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and polenta, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the polenta thickens, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in olive oil.
  5. Spread half of the polenta in a greased baking dish. Top with half of the marinara sauce and half of the cheeses.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining polenta, marinara sauce, and cheeses.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
