Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lb Beef Roast preferably chuck or round
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Red Wine optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the beef roast with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth and red wine (if using) around it.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
