Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the beef roast with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth and red wine (if using) around it.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
