Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
