Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  5. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
