Italian Sausage and Gnocchi Skillet Recipe

- 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
- 1 package Gnocchi 16 oz
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the Italian sausage, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the gnocchi to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the sauce. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the gnocchi are tender.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover the skillet. Cook until the cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
