Italian Sausage and Mushroom Lasagna
A hearty lasagna with Italian sausage and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
- 1 lb mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 package lasagna noodles cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until tender. Remove and set aside.
In a lasagna pan, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
Layer with lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, sausage, mushrooms, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
