Italian Sausage and Mushroom Lasagna
A hearty lasagna with Italian sausage and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
- 1 lb mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 package lasagna noodles cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside. 
- In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until tender. Remove and set aside. 
- In a lasagna pan, spread a layer of marinara sauce. 
- Layer with lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, sausage, mushrooms, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Repeat layers. 
- Top with Parmesan cheese. 
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
