Main Ingredients
- 4 links Italian sausage
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow) sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Add bell peppers, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until peppers are tender.
5. Return sausages to the skillet. Cook until sausages are cooked through.
6. Serve hot.
