Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Add the dried basil and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
