Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby Back Ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 pound Italian Sausage casings removed
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  5. In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven and spread the cooked sausage over them.
  7. Brush the ribs and sausage with BBQ sauce.
  8. Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
