  • 1 lb Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 loaf Bread dough pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the cooked and crumbled sausage evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sausage.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough, starting from one of the long sides, and pinch the seams to seal.
  7. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
