Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove sausages and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onions and cook until translucent.
  5. Add bell peppers and garlic, cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Slice sausages and return to skillet.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
  8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
