Italian Sausage Onions Peppers Skillet Recipe
A quick and delicious skillet recipe featuring Italian sausages, onions, and bell peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove sausages and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until translucent.
Add bell peppers and garlic, cook for another 5 minutes.
Slice sausages and return to skillet.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
