Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
  • 12 oz pasta your choice
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated, for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and mix well. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
