  • 4 links Italian sausage
  • 2 Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the sliced peppers and onions. Cook until softened.
  4. 4. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Return the sausages to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until sausages are cooked through.
