Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, fennel seeds, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into sausage patties or links.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
