Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup pasta small shapes like ditalini
  • 2 cups spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
  5. 5. Return the sausage to the pot, add the spinach, and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
