Italian Sausage Tortellini Bake Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 package cheese tortellini (20 oz)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini, sausage, and marinara sauce.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve hot.
