Italian Sausage Tuscan Style Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Spinach
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Return the sausages to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
