Italian Sausage with Farfalle and Broccoli Rabe

- 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
- 12 oz Farfalle pasta
- 1 bunch Broccoli rabe trimmed and chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped broccoli rabe to the skillet. Cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked farfalle pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
