  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
