  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
