  • 1 kg Spinach fresh
  • 500 g Ricotta cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and chop finely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, beaten eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Line your pie dish with the pie crust and fill with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
