Italian Spinach Sausage Pie

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
- 1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 package pie crust store-bought or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Mix well.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Fill with the sausage and spinach mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and set.
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
