Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pork loin thinly sliced
  • 250 g Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, dried oregano, and dried basil. Cook for a few more minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
