Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread unsliced
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 100 g Salami sliced
- 100 g Ham sliced
- 1 cup Bell peppers chopped
- 1 cup Olives sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Basil dried
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, salami, ham, bell peppers, and olives.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and add the oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stuff the bread shell with the mixture and place the top back on the loaf.
Wrap the stuffed loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
