  • 4 Cubanelle Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 0.5 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef, tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the prepared Cubanelle peppers.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
