- 8 slices bread
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices ham
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Place a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, and a slice of ham between two slices of bread.
Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
