  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices ham
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions 

  1. Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Place a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, and a slice of ham between two slices of bread.
  3. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
